    24th April 2013 - ROTARY clubs from across the West Midlands visited Bedworth for a special peace conference. The Rotary Club of Bedworth organised the event at The Christian Centre which featured a host of speakers talking on the theme of ‘peace’.

    26th February 2013 - UP-and-coming musical talent is being urged to enter a contest. Bedworth Rotary Club Young Musician Competition 2013 is on again and organisers are asking people to sign up.

    21st February 2013 - SCORES of people have applied for an annual holiday – but there are still a few places left. Members of the Rotary Club of Nuneaton and the Rotary Club of Bedworth have announced that this year they will be working together so resident from both towns have the chance to choose between two weeks this summer.

    13th February 2013 - OLDER residents are being reminded that they can enjoy a week beside the seaside as part of an annual holiday. Two Rotary Clubs have teamed up to offer their yearly Blackpool break which gives people the chance to take a relaxing week away.

    22nd June 2011 - AN APPEAL has been launched to raise money for a mini-museum where schoolchildren can learn about their town's rich past. A cellar beneath the Nurse's Home in Bedworth Almshouses is being converted into an educational heritage centre.

    29th January 2010 - SIXTH formers at a Bedworth college have set out to lighten the burden on caring classmates who turn up tired, listless and withdrawn. The teenagers at Nicholas Chamberlaine Technology College are raising money for fellow pupils who spend their young lives looking after others..

    22nd January 2010 - AN APPEAL has been launched for `good, honest and decent people' to join an organisation that has a legendary reputation for helping others.

    17th July 2009 - VISITORS from all over the world have been given a 'taste of England' at a village hall on the outskirts of Nuneaton. People from Africa, India, America, Canada, France and Polynesia tucked into fish and chips followed by strawberries and cream at Barnacle Village Hall.
